A professional negotiator will be at your side from the time you walk on the lot until you leave the finance office. We do all of the work!
Is your company an auto broker?
No, we are not brokers. A broker buys and sells cars for profit. We simply accompany our clients through the buying process.
Who should use your services?
Consumers who are afraid to go on a car lot by themselves.
Consumers who do not want to spend hours haggling over price.
Consumers who have been taken advantage of in the past.
Consumers who really want to get a new car at a great price.
Consumers who want to purchase a new car like an insider.
How much money am I going to save?
Every transaction is different due to the various new car costs and the variables in each client’s situation. Every negotiator has been in the new car business in the past. We know where to look for discounts off of MSRP, dealer options, hidden costs and excess fees that the average consumer does not know about. It is a pre-requisite for our negotiators to have been in the new car business.
What do I have to do during the process?
In most cases all you need to do is test drive and sign the new car sales agreement in the finance office. You leave the haggling to us! Most of our clients sip on the free coffee and visit the dealer’s gift shop during most of the process. It’s stress free!
Do I pay your fee directly to you or the dealership?
The fee is paid directly to us prior to the car purchase date. Remember we do NOT work for the dealership. Our fees are not part of the new car purchase transaction. We represent you.
Does your company receive any commission from the dealership from the purchase of my new car?
No as we are NOT affiliated in any way with the dealerships. Our interest is getting you the best deal possible and giving you a new car buying experience like never before.
What if I have a trade-in?
Your negotiator will have researched the fair market value for your car prior to the visit at the dealership. In some cases your negotiator might advise you not to trade your car.
How long does the buying process take?
The process varies depending on how busy the dealership is at the time of purchase and other factors such as how backed up the finance office is. The average process is running about 3 ½ hours compared to the typical all day process. There are many variables.
When do I pay your fee?
Our fee is paid upfront prior to the day of purchase.
Does your company help negotiate on any make and model?
Yes, Automobile Negotiators negotiates from Audi to Volvo.
Does your company help negotiate pre-owned cars?
No, we do not negotiate on pre-owned cars due to the unknown cost of the car.
What is so different about your service offering compared to any other car buying service?
We have not found any other car buying Service Company that offers to go with you to the dealership. Our negotiators are former new car executives and know the ins and outs of the business. It’s like buying a new car like an insider! Do not think about going to buy your next new car without taking one of our negotiators with you. It just makes sense!
